BROCCOLI, ALMOND AND TURMERIC SALAD

You’ll earn brownie points with this one. Crunchy, colourful, seriously delicious.

PREP 10 MINS SERVES 4

WHAT YOU NEED

3-4 broccoli heads –cut into very small florets

1/2 x spanish onion – sliced and halved

1/2 cup flaked almonds – toasted or raw

Gevity Rx Total Tummy Turmeric Mayo

 

WHAT TO DO

1. Add broccoli florets to a large bowl and gently stir through Turmeric Mayo
– add just a tablespoon at a time to ensure you don’t add too much

2. Add 1⁄2 of the onion and flaked almonds and gently combine

3. Once all the ingredients are coated with mayo, transfer to a serving bowl or platter and top with remaining sliced onion and almonds
