Fibre is having a moment. And for good reason - most of us aren't getting enough, the right kinds, or the right combination. So we put four of them in your mayo. Here's the team:

Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG) A low FODMAP prebiotic that feeds your good gut bacteria without the drama. No bloating, no discomfort - just quiet, consistent support for a happier gut.

Chicory Root Fibre One of the most studied gut fibres on the planet. Actively feeds your beneficial bacteria and keeps things moving - regularity without the fuss.

Resistant Corn Fibre This prebiotic fibre fuels your gut bacteria, supports healthy blood sugar levels, and even helps your body absorb calcium better. All that, and it disappears completely into your mayo.

Psyllium Husk Forms a gel in your gut that supports healthy cholesterol levels, steadier blood sugar, and proper bowel regularity. Old-school fibre doing a seriously modern job.

Four fibres. One mayo. Your gut bugs are going to be very pleased.

Pure Olive Oil (43%), Gevity Rx Body Glue® (13%) (Grass-Fed Beef Bones, Naturally Evaporated Sea Salt), Filtered Water, Chicory Root Fibre, Natural Lemon Juice Concentrate, Apple Cider Vinegar, Extra Virgin Olive Oil (5%), Coconut Milk Powder, Natural Mustard Powder, Paprika Powder, Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (PHGG), Mustard Paste, Resistant Corn Fibre (Non-GMO), Psyllium Husk, Rosemary Extract, Guar Fibre, Jalapeño Powder.

HOW TO USE:
Spread it: Burgers, burritos, banh mi, breakfast wraps
Top it: Poke bowls, tacos, eggs, sushi, rice bowls
Dip it: Sweet potato fries, dumplings, spring rolls, prawn crackers
Mix it: Stir into noodles, blend into spicy aioli, drizzle over Buddha bowls

Refrigerate after opening. Best within 4 weeks.

KEY INGREDIENTS

Nutrient Dense Bone Broth Concentrate

With 10 x more collagen forming amino acids per gram than traditional bone broth & 30% more than bone broth concentrate (independently lab verified).

Olive Oil

Most mayos use the cheapest and nastiest oils they can find - usually canola or other seed oils. But not us! We don't make compromises with our customers' longevity.

Prebiotic Fibre

Harvested for its high levels of prebiotic fibre, Chicory Root fibre contributes a delicious taste & powerful health benefits like improved gut microbiota.

Jalapenos

Jalapenos pack a serious punch in both taste and nutritional benefits. Both these characteristics largely come from a compound they are very high in called Capsaicin which has been extensively studied for everything from cancer treatments to weight loss.

Psyllium Husk

Boost fibre naturally with Psyllium Husk, a fantastic source of soluble fibre and powerful digestive health regulator for all gut types.

Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Promotes healthy gut function and replenishes the digestive system with Apple Cider Vinegar, rich in probiotics, enzymes & antioxidants.
