What You'll do
- Act as a right-hand to leadership, managing schedules, logistics, and key coordination
- Keep orders flowing accurately, from order through to invoice and payment
- Ensure invoices, payments, and financial data are tracked and visible at all times
- Maintain and improve spreadsheets, tracking tools, and operational systems used across the team
- Spot & resolve issues quickly, and prevent things from slipping through the cracks
- Look for opportunities to improve how the business operates and deliver better outcomes.
Must-Haves
- 4+ years experience keeping operations, admin, calendars, or financial coordination running properly
- You’re sharp with spreadsheets and love data
- You’ve handled invoices and payments — and you know how to stay on top of them
- You’re confident across business systems and pick things up fast
- You can move fast but stay cool, calm and collected
- You’re highly organised, detail-obsessed, and can keep multiple plates spinning
- You're big on growth and development
- You live on the Gold Coast.
