Gevity Rx Giveaway Competition

1. Your entry into the competition constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to all Australian residents, aged 18 years and over, except for employees of Gevity Rx and their families, and any competition promotion partners.  
3. Only one entry per entrant is allowed.
4. Entries must be received by the dates listed on the competition entry page in order to be eligible.
5. To enter the competition, participants must complete the entry form including their email, name, gender, age, location, or any required fields included on the entry form.
6. Winner/s will be randomly selected from all submitted entries, using Comment Picker — a random name picker program.
7. Winners will be notified by email.
8. Prize is one (1) x AUD100 gift voucher which is redeemable via www.gevityrx.com. One (1) prize will be awarded throughout the competition period to a total value of AUD100.
9. Prizes may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
10. You permit Gevity Rx to contact you for marketing purposes, including but not limited to future offers, promotions and announcements. Don’t worry; we’ll never sell or giveaway your details to a third party without your express permission.
11. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:
1. inaccurate or incorrect transcription of entry information;
2. non-receipt of entries for any reason;
3. problems or technical failures of any kind;
4. unavailability or inaccessibility of any service or website;
5. unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
6. electronic or human error; or
7. any damage or loss (direct or indirect) suffered by reason of any act or omission of the Promoter, its employees or contractors in relation to entry into this competition or supply of a prize.
