A HIGH-OWNERSHIP ROLE FOR A HIGH-IMPACT PLAYER

We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to take the reins of our social presence and drive it from loved to legendary.

This is a hands-on role for someone who sees social media as a craft, not a checklist. You understand how platforms really work, how culture moves, and how to turn creative direction into content that cuts through. You’re tuned into trends before they peak, confident in execution, and excited by the idea of shaping a brand that people genuinely care about.

What You'll do

  • Make Gevity impossible to ignore on TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Plan, film, edit, post, review, repeat — and make it look easy (even when it isn’t).
  • Learn our brand voice inside out and bring it to life in comments, DMs, and community moments.
  • Devise and deliver a TikTok strategy that feels current, clever, and unmistakably Gevity.
  • Capture in-house content on the fly and turn it into something genuinely worth watching.
  • Keep content planned, organised, on schedule, and feeling fresh as the brand scales.
  • Work with creators and collaborators to amplify the brand and reach more people.
  • Build a body of work you’re proud to put your name to — with real visibility, impact, and results.

WHO YOU ARE

You’re a social media nerd in the best way! You understand trends, formats, pacing, and performance. You’re confident shooting and editing content on the go, and improving it without ego.

Must-Haves

  • Min. 3 years experience managing social media and content for a brand.
  • Strong creation and editing skills, and comfort taking creative direction.
  • Proven TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube management experience.
  • End-to-end content workflow experience.
  • Confident using scheduling and automation tools like Later and Manychat.
  • Highly organised, fast-moving, and detail-oriented.
  • Background in a fast-paced marketing team where speed and precision matter.
  • Examples or a portfolio of content you’ve created.
