We’re looking for a commercially minded digital strategist who can take our strong brand vision and turn it into digital performance that drives growth. You’ll audit where we are, identify what’s missing, and build the omni-channel strategy that ties everything together with clarity and impact — Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon, retail media platforms, CRM, CRO, Shopify.

Key Responsibilities

As our Digital Growth & Performance Lead, you’ll design, direct, and optimise the full digital system that powers our growth. You’ll set the commercial focus, decide the metrics that matter, and connect every channel to the outcomes that move the business forward.

You will:

> Build the omni-channel digital strategy across paid media, retail media, CRM, SEO, CRO, content, and web.
> Define clear channel roles and deliver a focused growth roadmap within your first 90 days.
> Lead performance across Meta, Google, Amazon, and retail media platforms.
> Set and manage ROAS, CAC, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, and share of voice targets.
> Identify and engage the right specialists to execute key parts of the plan.
> Keep all contributors aligned to one strategy and one commercial direction.
> Decide which metrics matter and oversee clean, accurate dashboards across GA4, Shopify, Meta, Google, and retail media.
> Lead CRO thinking and work with developers to lift conversion, UX, and AOV.
> Collaborate closely with brand and leadership to connect digital, creative, and retail priorities.
> Step in hands-on when timing matters and you’re the quickest path to progress.

About You

You’re a seasoned digital strategist who's obsessed with performance, honed instincts and a clear commercial mindset. You can evaluate a digital system quickly, see exactly what needs to change, and build a structure that scales.

Must Haves

A strong digital strategy background with proven performance depth.
Ability to evaluate digital ecosystems quickly and identify what’s missing.
Commercially minded and comfortable owning revenue-impacting decisions.
Clear communicator, structured thinker, strong collaborator.
Thrives in founder-led environments with pace and ambition.
Confident leading partners and specialists without needing a large internal team.
Experience shaping or growing a brand across multiple markets.
Understanding of retail media, Amazon, or omni-channel retail environments.
Strong FMCG/CPG experience.
