1. Gevity Rx (and its associated entities) will not be responsible for any direct or consequential loss to the Customer arising out of failure, error or omissions by Gevity Rx Pty Ltd or its servant or agents under the terms of the contract, except in so far as required at law including by the Trade Practices Act.

2. Wholesale accounts are registered subject to acceptance by Gevity Rx Pty Ltd. Upon being accepted, the customer will be given access to wholesale pricing for approved products.

3. Wholesale accounts must represent Gevity Rx Pty Ltd’s products, brands etc in a manner that is not unfairly damaging or detrimental.

4. Wholesale accounts can be cancelled at any time by Gevity Rx Brio Pty Ltd.

5. Goods returned are conditional upon the written approval of Gevity Rx Pty Ltd, in its sole discretion and prior to return of the goods.

6. The Customer is deemed to have inspected and accepted the goods as supplied within 48 hours of receiving the goods.
