This super crunchy salad tastes even better than it looks!  Packed with fibre and boosted with sneaky bone broth it will be one you repeat for sure.

Serves 4-6 as a side

Ingredients

  • 2 medium sized heads of broccoli
  • 1/2 Spanish onion, sliced fine into half rings
  • 1/4 cup flaked almonds (toasted or raw)
  • 1/3 cup Gevity Rx Total Tummy Turmeric Mayo

Method

  • Wash broccoli thoroughly then chop into small, bite sized florets
  • Add to mixing bowl along with Total Tummy Turmeric mayo and stir gently to coat
  • Transfer to serving bowl, top with onion and flaked almonds
  • Serve and enjoy
