What you need:

  • ½ Red cabbage, sliced fine
  • ½ White cabbage, sliced fine
  • 1 carrot - sliced into thin matchsticks
  • 3 shallots - sliced
  • Gevity Rx Souped-Up Sriracha Mayo

What to do:

  1. Add vegetables to a large bowl and gently stir through Sriracha Mayo  - add just a tablespoon at a time to ensure you don’t add too much.
  2. Once all the vegetables are coated with mayo, transfer to a serving bowl or platter.
