Prep - 5 mins Serves - 4
What you need:
- ½ Red cabbage, sliced fine
- ½ White cabbage, sliced fine
- 1 carrot - sliced into thin matchsticks
- 3 shallots - sliced
- Gevity Rx Souped-Up Sriracha Mayo
What to do:
- Add vegetables to a large bowl and gently stir through Sriracha Mayo - add just a tablespoon at a time to ensure you don’t add too much.
- Once all the vegetables are coated with mayo, transfer to a serving bowl or platter.
