Bone Broth Breakfast Pancakes

Serves 2 - Makes 6 pancakes
Ingredients:
1-2 tsp Gevity Rx Body Glue (A.M. Cleanse, Natural or Boost)
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup cassava flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup brown monk fruit
Toppings (optional) - coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, organic honey
What to do:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, vanilla extract, coconut yoghurt, and Gevity Rx Body Glue. Stir until well mixed.
2. Add the cassava flour, brown monk fruit, and baking powder to the bowl. Whisk until smooth and fully combined.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat. Spoon a generous tablespoon of batter into the pan and spread it slightly into a pancake shape.
4. Cook for 1–2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden. Repeat with the remaining batter.
5. Stack the pancakes, then top with coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, and any other toppings of your choice.
