Serves 2 - Makes 6 pancakes ⁠

Ingredients: ⁠
1-2 tsp Gevity Rx Body Glue (A.M. Cleanse, Natural or Boost)⁠
1/2 cup coconut milk ⁠
1 tbsp coconut yoghurt ⁠
1 tsp vanilla extract ⁠
1/3 cup cassava flour ⁠
1 tsp baking powder ⁠
1/3 cup brown monk fruit ⁠

Toppings (optional) - coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, organic honey ⁠

What to do: ⁠
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut milk, vanilla extract, coconut yoghurt, and Gevity Rx Body Glue. Stir until well mixed. ⁠
2. Add the cassava flour, brown monk fruit, and baking powder to the bowl. Whisk until smooth and fully combined. ⁠
3. Heat a pan over medium heat. Spoon a generous tablespoon of batter into the pan and spread it slightly into a pancake shape. ⁠
4. Cook for 1–2 minutes, then flip and cook the other side until golden. Repeat with the remaining batter. ⁠
5. Stack the pancakes, then top with coconut yoghurt, fresh berries, and any other toppings of your choice.
