Once you see how quick and easy it is to make granola, you’ll never buy the sugar laden store bought version again. In addition to the abundance of nuts and spice this version takes the nutrient density with sneaky bone broth in the mix.

INGREDIENTS:
- 100g pepitas
- 60g walnuts
- 60g pecan nuts
- 60g macadamia
- 60g cashew nuts
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 50g chia seeds
- 50g sesame seeds
- 80g coconut flakes
- 2 tsp Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body Glue
METHOD:
- Chop up all nuts
- Place baking paper on an oven proof tray then spread nuts and pepitas evenly on the tray
- Drizzle bone broth and cinnamon and cardamom on top
- Mix together with your hands
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and chia seeds on top
- Bake on 180 for 20 minutes, take out add coconut flake bake a further 10 minutes on 150 degrees
NOTES / TIPS:
- Add a teaspoon of honey to make a sweeter granola or Pennys Simple Strawberry Jam
- Serve this with Camillas Paleo/keto Homemade Yoghurt
