Burn Intermittent Iced Tea

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tsp Burn Body Glue™
  • 1 cup of Sparkling water
  • 1 x slice of fresh lemon
  • Ground cinnamon to sprinkle

WHAT TO DO

  • Mix Burn Body Glue™ with a little warm water, just enough to dissolve the broth.
  • Top with ice and sparkling water, a squeeze of lemon and sprinkle of cinnamon
