The perfect twist of caramel and coffee makes this the perfect healthy dairy free, paleo dessert good enough to serve to your entire family.

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 gelatine leaves
- 3 tsp instant coffee / decaf
- 1 tsp Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body Glue
- 50ml hot water
- 200ml coconut cream
Toppings:
- 150g raspberries (fresh or frozen
- 150 ml water
METHOD
- Soak gelatine leaves in a bowl of cold water for 7 minutes
- In separate bow mix hot water, coffee and Bone Broth
- Add coffee mix to a saucepan along with coconut cream and heat
- Remove gelatine and squeeze to remove excess water
- Add gelatine to the coconut cream in saucepan and stir for 30 seconds then remove from heat
- Pour into silicon muffin moulds or a glass
- Allow to set in the fridge for at least 6 hours before serving
Topping:
- Add raspberries and water to a saucepan
- Let simmer for 10 minutes until water have evaporated
- Top the panna cotta once set
NOTES / TIPS:
- Make both panna cotta and topping the day before
- Add 1 tsp of honey to both panna cotta and raspberries for a sweeter dessert
