Ooh yes you heard that right, a Jersey Caramel turned into gummies!! These are the kind of lollies you’ll be happy for the kids to eat by the handful and they’ve got the added gut-loving benefit of Bone Broth Body Glue™ in them too!

Prep time: 10 mins
Cool time: 2 hours
Makes: 22 gummies
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup canned coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 4 Tbs gelatin
- 2 Tbs pure maple syrup
- 1 Tbs Natural Bone Broth Body Glue
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Silicone Moulds or a baking tray (you can cut into gummy squares)
WHAT TO DO:
- Add coconut milk and water to a medium saucepan, mix together and sprinkle over gelatin, 1 Tbsp at a time, allowing it to bloom and turn into a jelly blob.
- Heat on low, stirring occasionally, until the gelatin completely dissolves.
- Add maple syrup, Body Glue and vanilla extract, and stir to combine until Body Glue has dissolved.
- Pour into Moulds or baking tray and place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
- Remove from Moulds and store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
