  • 1 tbsp butter, ghee or coconut oil
  • 1/2 brown onion - diced
  • 1 garlic clove - minced


  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan on a low to medium heat
  2. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent
  3. Stir through the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil
  4. Once boiled, cover and reduce to a simmer for 15-17 minutes
