This is not a drill. These bars are basically your childhood cookie dough obsession—reimagined for your adult gut health goals. They're gluten-free, dairy-free, and packed with concentrated bone broth  No baking, no BS, just 8 bars of pure functional indulgence.

Prep time: 20 mins | Fridge time: 30 mins

DF, GF

Ingredients:

  • 2 ½ cups almond meal

  • ¼ cup coconut flour (or more almond flour or protein powder)

  • ¼ cup raw honey: or maple syrup

  • ⅓ cup maca butter: or nut/seed butter of choice

  • 2 heaped tbsp Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body Glue

  • 1 tsp organic vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup almond milk

  • ¼ cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips

What to do:
1. To a medium bowl, add the almond meal and coconut flour. Mix until well combined.

2. Add in the honey, nut butter, bone broth, vanilla and almond milk. Fold until well combined. At this point it should be looking like cookie dough batter (add more almond meal if too moist or more milk by the tbsp if too dry).

3. Fold through the chocolate chips.

4. Place and pat this mixture into a lined loaf tray or baking dish as evenly as possible.

5. Set in the fridge for a minimum of 20-minutes to set

6. Once set, remove and slice into 8 even bars. Dig in and enjoy!

Store in the fridge and try not to eat them all at once... or do. We don’t judge.
