INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 3/4 cup dried mango
- 4 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 tbsp coconut butter
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp Gevity Rx Bone Broth Body Glue - Natural
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp filtered water
- 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 scoops collagen
Extras:
- Freeze dried mango - crushed to powder
- Finely shredded coconut flakes
METHOD:
- Place your nuts on a lined baking tray and roast at 175’C/350’F for 5-10 mins until lightly toasted
- Place roasted nuts into food processor and pulse until crumbly
- Add mango and process until the mixture starts to come together into a sticky, loose “dough”
- Add vanilla, spices, coconut oil, hemp seeds, maca and collagen, process again until combined
- Using your hands, roll approx 1 small tbsp worth of dough into balls then set aside
- If you are going to coat your bliss bites, simply place your mango powder & coconut into a small bowl or ziplock bag and gently press/shake until coated
