INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 3/4 cup dried mango
  • 4 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter 
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Gevity Rx Bone Broth Body Glue - Natural
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp filtered water
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper 
  • 1 tsp maca powder 
  • 2 scoops collagen 

Extras: 

  • Freeze dried mango - crushed to powder
  • Finely shredded coconut flakes

METHOD:

  1. Place your nuts on a lined baking tray and roast at 175’C/350’F for 5-10 mins until lightly toasted
  2. Place roasted nuts into food processor and pulse until crumbly
  3. Add mango and process until the mixture starts to come together into a sticky, loose “dough”
  4. Add vanilla, spices, coconut oil, hemp seeds, maca and collagen, process again until combined
  5. Using your hands, roll approx 1 small tbsp worth of dough into balls then set aside

  6. If you are going to coat your bliss bites, simply place your mango powder & coconut into a small bowl or ziplock bag and gently press/shake until coated

NOTES / TIPS:

  • If you find your mango is super dry you could try soaking it in some warm water for 10 mins before you begin, then drain and rinse and make as normal.
