There's no need to consume store bought dressings filled with less than optimal, inflammatory ingredients when making your own is this easy!  Here's our 3 favourites all made using minimal ingredients that you likely have in the fridge already and take only a few mins to whip up.

 

Herb & Garlic Dressing

What you need:

  • Juice 1 lemon
  • ½ cup Organic Evoo
  • 3 x garlic cloves, curshed
  • Heaped tbs dijon
  • 1 tbs Lemon & Herb Body Glue™

What to do

  1. Add all ingredients to a jar or small bowl and whisk till combined.
  2. Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to a week.

Ranch-ish Dressing

What you need:

  • ½ cup Coconut Yoghurt (you could also use Sheep Yoghurt)
  • ½ cup Great Guts Mayo 
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 4 cloves Garlic, crushed
  • 2-3 tbs each dill, parsley, spring onion - finely chopped

What to do:

  1.  Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix till combined. 
  2. Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 5 days

Creamy Lemon Dressing

What you need: 

  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • ½ cup EVOO
  • 2 tsp Natural Body Glue
  • 1 tbs chopped chives

What to do:

  1.  Add all ingredients to a blender and whiz till combined and creamy.
  2. Store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge for up to 5 days
