Pickle Bites ... with bone broth !
These might be the cutest gut-friendly snacks we’ve ever made. Crunchy, juicy, a little spicy, and ridiculously moreish. We gave the viral pickle sandwich a gut glow-up—with adding kimchi and a sexy drizzle of our Better Belly BBQ (aka your gut’s favourite sauce).
Makes 6

Ingredients:
1-2 pickles
6 baby cos lettuce leafs
2 tbsp kimchi
1 slice leg ham
6 tsp Gevity Bone Broth Sauce Better Belly BBQ
Fresh dill, sprinkled
Cracked black pepper
What to do:
1. Slice the pickle into 12 even rounds—these will be the “buns” for your mini sandwiches. Lay out 6 of the pickle slices as the base.
2. On each pickle base, layer the following in order: 1 baby cos lettuce leaf, a small spoonful of kimchi, a strip of ham, 1 teaspoon Gevity Bone Broth Sauce Better Belly BBQ
3. Top each stack with another pickle slice to create a sandwich. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh dill and a crack of black pepper on top. Serve with a toothpick to hold the bites together.
