INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Great Guts Mayo
- 1 cup fresh pineapple - chopped
- 1 large fresh jalapeno
- Squeeze of lime juice
WHAT TO DO
- Blitz all ingredients in a blender till you reach the desired consistency - it's great both chunky and smooth!
GREAT GUTS GUACAMAYO
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Great Guts Mayo
- 1 large, ripe avocado
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cayenne chilli
- 1/3 cup red onion - chopped
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Juice of half a lime
WHAT TO DO
- Blitz all ingredients in a blender till you reach the desired consistency
CHEEKY CHIPOTLE MAYO
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Great Guts Mayo
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp smokes paprika
- Squeeze of lime
WHAT TO DO
- Blitz all ingredients in a blender till you reach the desired consistency. Add more or less of the spices to suit your personal taste
