Traditional salted caramel tastes divine but all that sugar and dairy that comes with it really isn’t good for you. These bliss balls satisfy a caramel craving without loading you with inflammation.

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Medjool dates – seeds removed + soaked in hot water for about 15 minutes
- 1 tbsp BPA free coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body Glue
- 70g Hazelnut meal
- 20g shredded coconut
- 10g coconut oil
- Pinch of maca powder
- Shredded coconut to roll in
METHOD:
- Soak dates in boiling water for 10-15 minutes
- Drain liquid, blitz until combined
- In a small pot, place the dates, coconut milk + bone broth and stir until combined and slightly sticky
- Place into a bowl with all the dry ingredients
- Mix well, roll into balls then into coconut to coat
- Place in freezer to chill
NOTES / TIPS:
- You can replace hazelnut meal with any nut meal you like
- Maca is optional
