Using only 5 Ingredients these flourless, rich, deliciously indulgent, seriously chocolatey, secretly healthy, keto chocolate brownies are are all the things free - gluten, dairy, sugar, & grain. What more could you want?

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup + 2 tbsp Cacao
  • 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body Glue
  • 3 tbsp cashew or almond butter (or nut/seed butter of choice)
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp of espresso – Optional (this really helps enhance the richness of the chocolate)
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt + extra for serving
  • 2 scoops of  collagen peptides or unflavoured protein – Optional
  • 1-2 tbsp of home made chocolate / dark chocolate, chopped – optional

 

METHOD:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 175’C
  2. Grease a mini loaf pan with coconut oil/ghee and set aside
  3. Place all ingredients into a bowl and stir to combine
  4. Pour into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are set and a toothpick is clean when inserted into the centre
  5. Cool, Sprinkle with extra salt and slice

TIPS:

If you are a real sweet tooth add your choice of natural sweetener - birch xylitol / stevia / monkfruit
