This rich chocolatey goodness is full of essential fatty acids, antioxidants, and probiotics, plus it has the added benefit of gut-healing bone broth. Better yet, it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare!

  • Warmed berries
  • Fresh Peach
  • Flaked almonds
  • Flaxseeds
  • Hemp seeds
  • Goji berries
  • Coconut
  • Cacao Nibs


  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly until there are no clumps and it is evenly combined - Use a blender if you like.
  2. Add toppings of your choice.

Tip: You can use other toppings like fresh fruit, greek yoghurt, nut butter, hemp seeds, goji berries, Inca berries, other dried fruit, seeds, nuts, or coconut flakes.
