Looking for a deliciously gooey, rich, super fudgy brownie? Look no further as these super-fudgy, dark choc, brownies have all the hidden healthy things, making this one super powerful cake.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato (1 medium )
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup cacao
- 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
- 3-4 Tbsp monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp instant espresso
- 2 Tbsp filtered water
- 1 tsp Natural Bone Broth Body Glue
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 2-4 Tbsp dark chocolate chopped
- 2-4 scoops collagen
- 2 tsp maca – for hormone balance

- Grease a small square baking dish with coconut oil/ghee or baking/parchment paper and set aside
- Place all ingredients apart from chocolate into your food processor and process until smooth, creamy & well combined. If your batter is a little thick, add a splash or two of almond milk to reach a smoother consistency.
- Pour into your prepared baking dish and stir in chocolate
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are set and a toothpick has just a few moist crumbs attached when inserted into the centre
- For best results allow to cool completely before serving
NOTES: Keto friends, feel free to sub 1/2 sweet potato 1/2 avocado, 1/2 cup tahini
