This overnight marinade will take your kebabs to the next level! 

INGREDIENTS:⠀ ⠀ 

For the marinade: ⠀ ⠀ 

4 chicken thighs ⠀ 

200g Natural Coconut Yoghurt⠀ 

2 cloves minced garlic⠀ 

1/2 lemon, juice⠀ 

1 1/2 tablespoons of Lemon & Herb Bone Broth Body Glue 

1/2 teaspoon dried coriander leaves⠀ 

1/2 teaspoon turmeric⠀ ⠀ 


For the warm dressing:⠀ ⠀ 

2 sprigs of fresh coriander, chopped⠀ 

3 tablespoons boiling water ⠀ 

1 tablespoon Lemon & Herb Bone Broth Body Glue 

1/2 teaspoon turmeric⠀ 

1 tablespoon olive oil⠀ 

1/2 tablespoon lemon juice⠀ ⠀ ⠀ 

METHOD:

Place all the marinade ingredients in a large ziplock bag and really mix everything very well (massage the flavours into the chicken). 

Place the bag in a bowl and in the fridge - ideally leave it overnight. ⠀ ⠀ 

The next day, skewer the chicken, prep your veggies of choice and cook everything on the bbq until you get a lovely char. While this is cooking, quickly make the warm dressing by first dissolving the bone broth in the water and then whisking in the remaining ingredients. Rectify seasoning.
