Bring the flavours of Thailand to your next barbecue or dinner with these garlic  & broth buttered prawns + tastebud-tingling, Asian-style salad

INGREDIENTS:  

  • Handful bean sprouts
  • 5 radishes
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • Handful coriander
  • 1 avocado
  • Zest from 1 lemon
  • Juice from ½  lemon
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body Glue
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp pine nuts
  • 8 tiger prawns
  • 3 pieces of Lemon & Pistachio Broth Butter (see recipe)

METHOD:

  1. Chop all vegetables up and add to a bowl
  2. Add zest, juice and bone broth & stir until combined
  3. Add sesame seeds and pine nuts
  4. Butterfly prawns from the top
  5. Wash and coat the prawn in Lemon & Pistachio Broth Butter
  6. Stick a skewer through prawns
  7. Cook on BBQ for 10 minutes
  8. Serve over top of the salad
