Bring the flavours of Thailand to your next barbecue or dinner with these garlic & broth buttered prawns + tastebud-tingling, Asian-style salad

INGREDIENTS:
- Handful bean sprouts
- 5 radishes
- 8 cherry tomatoes
- Handful coriander
- 1 avocado
- Zest from 1 lemon
- Juice from ½ lemon
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body Glue
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp pine nuts
- 8 tiger prawns
- 3 pieces of Lemon & Pistachio Broth Butter (see recipe)
METHOD:
- Chop all vegetables up and add to a bowl
- Add zest, juice and bone broth & stir until combined
- Add sesame seeds and pine nuts
- Butterfly prawns from the top
- Wash and coat the prawn in Lemon & Pistachio Broth Butter
- Stick a skewer through prawns
- Cook on BBQ for 10 minutes
- Serve over top of the salad
