DF, GF
Ingredients:
-
4 slices fresh gluten-free or sourdough bread
-
1 free-range chicken breast
-
1 avocado, sliced
-
1/2 cos lettuce, shredded
-
1 pickle, finely sliced
-
1/2 cucumber, peeled
-
1/2 cup sprouts
-
1/2 cup Gevity Rx Great Guts Mayo
-
1/2 tsp sea salt & black pepper
What to do:
1. Place the chicken breast in a pot of simmering water. Cook for 12-15 minutes, or until fully cooked through then remove from water and let cool slightly.
2. Using two forks, shred the chicken into fine pieces then add to a bowl with Great Guts Mayo. Mix well until evenly coated.
3. Start by adding a sliced avocado layer on one bread slice. Top with shredded lettuce, pickles, cucumber and sprouts. Spoon the gut-loving Mayo Chicken mix on top and season with salt and pepper.
4. Place the second slice of bread on top, press gently, and slice in half.
Enjoy fresh!
Note - the hero here is our Great Guts Mayo - free from seed oils, gluten, egg, dairy, additives - all the crap, basically. Boosted with the goodness of organic Evoo, a double dose of prebiotic fibre and Bone Broth Body Glue of course.
Change up the fillings to whatever you like, but don’t switch the mayo. Just a tip!
