Sweet, sticky and incredibly tender, these skewers will be on high rotation this BBQ season.

PREP 20 mins

MAKES 8-10 Skewers

WHAT YOU NEED 

1/3 cup coconut aminos 

2 tbs rice wine vinegar 

4 tbs honey

2 cloves garlic

1 tbs grated ginger

1kg free-range or organic pork neck, trimmed & diced 

2 tbs Better Belly BBQ Sauce 

1 tbs Natural Body Glue™

WHAT TO DO

  1. Combine all ingredients to a large bowl, stir to combine, then add pork
  2. Leave to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour
  3. Thread pork onto skewers and cook on hot bbq for 4 mins each side or until cooked through
  4. Serve with Curry Rice Salad

TIP : Make the day before and allow the pork to marinate overnight for extra flavour
