  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 8 large Medjool dates
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Gevity Rx Natural Bone Broth Body
  • 2 tbsp almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt

  • Freeze-dried strawberries - crushed to powder
  • Finely shredded coconut flakes

  1. Place your almonds and cashews on to a lined baking tray and roast at 175'C/350'F for 5-10 mins until lightly toasted

  2. Place nuts into food processor/blender and pulse until crumbly

  3. Add dates and process until the mixture starts to come together into a sticky "dough"

  4. Add vanilla, broth concentrate, cinnamon, salt, freeze-dried strawberries and process until combined

  5. Using your hands, roll approx 1 small Tbsp of dough into bite-size balls then set aside

  6. If you are going to coat your bliss bites simply place your strawberry powder & coconut into a small bowl or ziplock bag and gently press/shake until nicely coated

  7. Store in the fridge until ready to serve

If you find your dates are a little dry soaking them in some warm water for 10 mins before you begin, then drain and rinse and make as normal
