Wake up with this seriously delicious smoothie bowl, packed with antioxidants, blitzed together in no time.  

Ingredients

2 frozen bananas 

1.5 cups of frozen mixed berries 

1 tbsp of chosen protein (I used unflavoured pea protein) 

3 tbsp milk of choice 

1 tbsp Natural Body Glue Bone Broth 

Instructions 

Method

Mix in a blender until you reach your desired consistency (add more milk if it’s too thick).
