Chicken skewers are always a hit with the family.  They’re quick to cook, easy to prepare and super tasty.  But now,  thanks to our Bone Broth Marinades they also come with a big serve of gut loving broth and prebiotic fibre with NO nasties.

  • 1kg free-range / organic chicken thighs
  • ½ jar Gevity Rx Bone Broth Marinade (any or all!)

What to do

  1. Cut chicken into small bite sized pieces then thread on to skewers.  
  2. Add the chicken skewers to a container and coat with marinade, turning to ensure all chicken is evenly coated.  Pop in the fridge for a minimum of 20 minutes or overnight if time allows.
  3. Air–fryer instructions - cook for 16 mins turning and brushing with extra marinade halfway through the cooking time.
  4. BBQ | Grill instructions - cook on a hot grill plate for 4 minutes each side, brushing with extra marinade regularly.
