Lemon and Herb Paella

This quick one-pan paella is great for a mid week dinner! Gluten, sugar and dairy free! 


500g diced chicken breast 

1 small red onion, diced 

1 tsp garlic 

2 tsp Lemon and Herb Bone Broth Body Glue 

2 cups water 

250g cooked microwave rice

2 cups baby spinach 

1 cup peas 

1 cup corn 

1 capsicum, diced 

1 punnet of cherry tomatoes . 

Optional: 3 tsp your fave spices (I used turmeric, paprika and harissa for some colour) 

Fresh herbs 

Lemon wedges 



  1. Combine 2 tsp of with hot water and set aside 
  2. Cook onion, garlic and chicken in some olive oil until brown 
  3. Add in all the other ingredients including the Lemon and Herb Bone Broth Body Glue and simmer until veggies are cooked 
  4. Enjoy topped with fresh herbs and lemon
