PREP 1 min COOK 20 mins SERVES 4


1 cup organic medium grain white rice

1 1⁄2 cups filtered water

Body Glue - any flavour works for this!


1. Rinse the rice in clean water.
2. Add the rice, water & Body Glue to a saucepan and bring to the boil.

3. Reduce the heat to a simmer and cover with the lid on for 15 minutes. I like to stir every 5 or so minutes so the rice doesn’t stick to the bottom.

4. Remove from the heat and leave the lid on for a further 5-10 minutes.

5. Remove the lid and use a fork to fluff up the rice.

6. Serve with your fav marinated protein and Bone Broth Sauce for the most gut pimped meal prep ever.


EXPERT TIP: To get some EXTRA health benefits, cool your rice in the fridge before consuming it. Cooking and cooling the rice creates resistant starch, which is incredibly beneficial as it provides food for our good gut bacteria.
