Jumping on the tortilla quiche trend, but with an added bonus for your gut! 🌟 Our version is just as easy and delicious, but we’ve infused it with our Natural Body Glue for extra gut-loving goodness.⁠

Ingredients:⁠
1 wrap or tortilla of your choice⁠
4 free-range eggs⁠
1 tbsp Natural Body Glue (or you could use Lemon & Herb)⁠
1/2 capsicum, diced
Handful of button mushrooms, sliced⁠
1/3 cup sliced olives⁠
Goat cheese to taste (or omit for DF)⁠
Chopped rosemary, shallots, or herbs of choice⁠
Sea salt & pepper⁠

Method:⁠
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (395°F).⁠
- Place a wrap in a shallow cake tin or baking dish.⁠
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and Natural Body Glue. Season with sea salt, black pepper, and herbs.
- Pour the egg mixture over the wrap.⁠
- Add the sliced mushrooms, capsicum, olives and goat cheese. ⁠
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the quiche is set and golden.⁠
- Slice and serve!⁠
